Jeff Busby began his career as a Master Carpenter, an art form he loves and practices to this day.

He gained invaluable experience working for major construction companies building large scale commercial properties. He quickly worked his way up to Vice President of Operations and Construction Superintendent.

Not content to compromise his dreams, Jeff made the decision to start his own company so he could utilize his creativity and passion for meticulous work. He surrounded himself with a team of experts who share his philosophy of excellence, and a success story was born.

Today, Jeff has over 35 years in the construction and design build industry with extensive experience with commercial, corporate and residential projects – of all budgets and sizes. In doing so, he worked with architects, subcontractors, engineers, government authorities, owners, and owner representatives.

Jeff’s hands on, strong planning and communication skills, along with his unwavering integrity and commitment to quality afford his customer’s exceptional work that’s on time, on budget – and hassle free.

When not working Jeff is traveling with his family or enjoying the great outdoors.

Meet Brad Busby, a seasoned builder with a passion for craftsmanship instilled in him from a young age.

With over 15 years of experience alongside his father Jeff, Brad has honed his skills in design-build and completed a myriad of residential renovations, from minor upgrades to expansive remodels.

His expertise extends to commercial projects, where he manages large construction endeavors while prioritizing safety and assembling a long term team of expert tradespeople.

When he’s not on-site, Brad enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and young daughter.
